These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Design Sensei website, designsensei.io, and any related waitlist or invitation-request experience (collectively, the “Site”). The Site is operated by Design Sensei, Inc. (“Design Sensei,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
The Site and invitation requests
Design Sensei is developing a curated network that connects startup teams with experienced design leaders for product and design advisory.
Submitting an invitation request does not guarantee access to the network, a match with an advisor, a session, or any other service. We may accept, decline, delay, or prioritize requests at our discretion.
Any future advisory engagement may be subject to separate terms, pricing, and agreements.
Your information
You agree that information you submit through the Site is accurate and complete. You may not submit information that is misleading, unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or harmful.
Please do not submit confidential, proprietary, or sensitive information through the invitation form.
Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Communications
We may contact you about your private-beta invitation request and related service matters. Marketing communications are optional. If you choose to receive them, you may unsubscribe at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its security
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or user data
- Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or collect information from the Site without our permission
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation
